1. Collection of Certificates:
   • Students must attend the convocation ceremony at their respective Regional Centre to collect their certificate. Certificates will not be distributed at any other Regional Centre.
   • Students will be given the option to choose between attending the convocation in person or receiving their degree/diploma/certificate by post.
   • Ensure to provide your present address where you want to receive your degree/diploma/certificate.
2. Change of Convocation Venue:
   • In case the convocation cannot be held at the Regional Centre where the student belongs due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be required to attend the convocation at a nearby Regional Centre, mostly in the same state or a nearby state.
   • If a change in venue occurs, the degree/diploma/certificate will be sent to the student’s address by post. Further information regarding this will be communicated later.
3. Non-Attendance at Convocation:
   • If a student is not invited to attend the convocation or is unable to attend even after submitting the requisite fee, their degree/diploma will be sent by post after the convocation.
   • For P.G. Certificate/Certificate programs, the certificate will be sent by the Ignou Headquarters. Students in this situation should contact their respective Regional Centre or the Headquarters for further assistance.

   • Register yourself for the “On-line Registration for 37th Convocation.”
   • Eligible students are required to register online and pay the requisite fee through online mode only.
   • The registration fee for Ph.D./M.Phil/Master Degree/Bachelor Degree/PG Diploma/Diploma programs is Rs. 600/-
   • The registration fee for PG Certificate/Certificate programs is Rs. 200/-
2. Payment Options:
   • The requisite fee can be paid online through the following modes:
     • Debit/Credit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay) of any bank.
     • Net Banking
3. Acknowledgement:
   • After successful payment, click here to print the acknowledgement. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please wait for 48 hours.
