The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released the datesheet for the June 2023 Term End Examination (ODL mode). This exam will be conducted from 1st June 2023 to 7th July 2023 in two sessions each day, namely the Morning Session from 10 AM to 1 PM and the Evening Session from 2 PM to 5 PM. Conditions for Examination Eligibility:

To be eligible to appear for the examination, students must fulfill the following conditions:

1. Valid and non-time-barred registration for the courses.
2. Submission of the required number of assignments by the due date, where applicable.
3. Completion of the minimum duration required to pursue the courses according to the program’s provisions.
4. Payment of the examination fee for all the courses the student is appearing for.
5. Non-compliance with any of the above conditions will result in the non-declaration of the results for all such courses.

Instructions for Students:

1. Examination Schedule: The examination will be conducted every day in two sessions, Morning and Evening. The actual duration of each exam will be mentioned on the question paper.
2. Hall Tickets: Eligible students can download their Hall Tickets from the University website (www.ignou.ac.in). Regularly visit the website to stay updated and follow the instructions printed on the Hall Ticket.
3. Possibility of Exam Center Change: In case of a last-minute change of examination center due to unavoidable circumstances, the University will take appropriate remedial measures. Affected students are advised to stay in touch with their respective Regional Center.
4. Language Medium: Answers to the question paper will only be accepted in the language(s) in which the program is offered. Answer scripts attempted in any other language will not be evaluated and will be canceled without any prior notice. However, students have the option to attempt the examination in Hindi medium, irrespective of their registration in English medium, except for language programs.
5. Objective Type Question Papers: Certain programs/courses will have objective-type question papers (MCQ/OMR pattern). The programs/courses affected by this include BDP, BTS, BCA, BSW, CLIS, CBS, DVAPFV, DDT, DMT, DPVCPO, and DWM.
